Daisy has been through three surgeries for her back legs, one of which is still bandaged up. Although she eats four cans of dog food a day, she is struggling to gain more weight.

Brandon's grandfather contributed the gas pump and other collectables for the exhibit which Brandon and his partner Tanner Dingman built and painted. The projects were a part of an AP U.S. history class, "American Innovation and Technology."
